I am happy to report that we have just completed another very successful year to close off the decade. Thankfully, 2009 wasn't "explosive" in the physical sense (we had to relocate our offices in 2008 when our building was badly damaged by an explosion in an adjacent business) -- however it certainly was "explosive" in terms of continued growth. We started off 2009 with the very successful launch of our Singapore hosting brand, and continued to grow and expand throughout the year. We have also been able to achieve exceptional coordination between our Singapore and Sydney operations, enabling us to provide still better customer support to our clients and allowing us to develop still better contingency plans. Focusing on the latter element, essentially our entire hosting operations can be completely conducted through either office, providing us with a solution to maintain business operations no matter what unexpected catastrophes could occur.

2010 will also feature a very wide range of improvements and additions throughout our business. Our 2010 infrastructure upgrade plan will be put into effect early in the year, and will see improved network infrastructure among many of our platforms throughout the year. Perhaps more exciting, however, are the range of new services that we plan to roll out this year. These will include high-availability hosting (including high-availability VPS and Dedicated Server configurations), that will offer even more impressive uptime than what we currently guarantee with our standard VPS and dedicated platforms. We also have plans to offer comprehensive load-balancing server platforms, based on hardware offered by Seattle, Washington's F5 Networks, Inc. This hardware offers a potent combination of high availability, improved performance, application security, and access control.

On the software side, we also plan to take up a stronger presence in the realm of e-mail, expanding our e-mail platforms to included Hosted Microsoft Exchange/Sharepoint services, which will complement our existing SmarterMail partnership. Speaking of Microsoft, we also plan to offer hosting platforms based on their current generation of enterprise-grade operating systems, namely Microsoft Windows 2008 Server; those upgrades will enable our clients to take advantage of the very latest in Windows-based hosting technologies.

Given all of this, it is looking as though we will have another exceptionally positive year here at Net Logistics.
