Even if you're currently using another domain provider, you can move your domain to Net Logistics, to take advantage of our Hosting Confidence-infused service, renowned support, and powerful domain management services. Better still, despite what many claim, you are not obligated to remain with the same domain provider — you are allowed to switch providers at any time (although it tends to be better to leave a bit of time to switch before your domain renewal date). Moreover, we always strive to ensure that all domain transfers to Net Logistics occur seamlessly and as easily as possible — with your permission, we can even make the transfer arrangements with your current domain provider.
Typically, a transfer will require you to obtain your domain password — for .AU domains, you can obtain it from your current provider, or retrieve it from this link: http://admin.auda.org.au/password_recovery/blank_recover_password.faces. Domain transfers for .au domains are free, however renewal fees are due if the domain will expire within the next 90 days. In the case of international domains, you will need to ensure your domain is unlocked, and you will need to provide us with your domain authorisation key -- your current registrar can assist you with both tasks. Global domains must be renewed upon transfer, so an additional year will be added to the registration in that event.
In terms of pricing, renewals and transfers can take advantage of the same pricing as new registrations. Therefore, if you have domains that you would like to transfer to Net Logistics, simply contact a member of our domain sales team, and indicate the domains that you wish to renew or transfer. One of our domain experts will help you get started with the transfer process, and tell you everything you need to know.
If you are registering a new domain, you will find a form for the information we require to complete your domain registration. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
