Our monitoring system regularly checks whether a server responds to ICMP echo request packets. All kinds of monitoring are done as a courtesy to the clients and are for our internal reference only.-

Basic service port monitoring
Our monitoring system regularly checks the connectivity of some core service ports of a server, such as port 80, 443, 21, 25, 110, 143 and 53. The ports being monitored can vary depending on the OS and the control panel of the server. Port 143 is not monitored on all Windows servers by default. All kinds of monitoring are done as a courtesy to the clients and are for our internal reference only.-

Assitance on migrating an hosting account in a control panel to another control panel and operating system by the same vendor with the migration tool that comes with the control panel. This service can only be done within Net Logistics’ infrastructure and is currently available on Linux with cPanel only.-

Assistance on migrating an entire virtualised server from one physical node to another (provided the server is virtualised and the virtualisation layer is maintained by Net Logistics) within Net Logistics’ infrastructure if the client wishes to upgrade to better hardware or in case of hardware failure.-
